To make the spring rolls you need shrimp, Persian cucumber, rice paper sheets, mint leaves and rice vermicelli. It is best served with peanut sauce.

You can make this user air fryer too but it will be drier. You can bake these as well but deep fried ones look better.

I love everything that has chicken in it. I must admit this is one of the most delicious comfort foods. Marinate the chicken for 20 minutes before you make spring rolls.

It requires 25 minutes of prep time and 10 minutes of cooking time. The ingredients include boneless chicken, basil, garlic, fish sauce, rice paper, sesame oil and lettuce.

These are one of my favorite spring roll recipes; they are vegan and gluten-free too. Though it’s a vegan recipe, I am sure others will also like these rolls.

It takes around 45 minutes of prep time and 5 minutes of cooking time. The ingredients include rice vermicelli, cabbage, lettuce, green onions, rice paper, maple syrup and jalapenos.

For the vegan version, substitute maple syrup with honey. It is best enjoyed with peanut sauce.

6. Fried Spring Rolls

To get the best taste, fry these rolls till they turn golden. I use spring roll wrappers that are made of wheat flour, salt, water, and oil.

Though it takes a couple of hours to make, the result is worth the wait. You can even freeze the uncooked ones for up to 3 months.

The ingredients include mushrooms, soy sauce, pork tenderloin, scallions, and oyster sauce. You can replace pork tenderloin with tofu or ground chicken.

It is best served with Thai chili sweet sauce. Keep the leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge and it will be good for 3 days.

It is one of my favorite spring roll recipes. It takes a little over an hour to make, including 40 minutes of prep time and 30 minutes of cooking time.

For this recipe, you need baking sheets, a brush, spoons, and paper towels. The ingredients include spring roll wrappers, bamboo shoots, peanut oil, ground pork, oyster sauce, shallots, and cabbage.

You can replace peanut oil with canola oil. It is best served with sweet chili sauce. It is loved by all, so I have included it in our appetizer rotation menu.

I had tried this in a Vietnamese restaurant and since then I have become a big fan of this recipe.

You can replace avocados with cucumbers if you are not a big fan of avocados. It is versatile to so you can add protein and fresh herbs too.

It is best served with peanut sauce. You can make the sauce up to 3 days in advance and keep it in the fridge. I make it for picnics and potlucks too and people love it.

Keep the leftovers in a sealed container and they will be good up to 2 days.

9. Filipino Lumpia

It is a perfect appetizer or a side dish. Lumpia is quite popular in the Philippines. It takes a little over an hour to make, including 35 minutes of prep time and 25 minutes of cooking time.

It is best served with sweet chili sauce. If you want to serve it as a side, then pair it up with fried rice.
