The batter should be similar to pancake batter and then cook it in the skillet. You can use a frying pan too. Fry it on one side for 2-3 minutes till it’s crispy and flip it over.
Once done put the fritters in a paper towel as it will soak up the excess oil and then it’s ready to be served.
I like to serve them with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
If you want to bake them you can preheat the oven to 390°F, though it’s healthy, you will have to compromise on taste.
