The recipe takes half an hour to make which includes 15 minutes of prep time and 15 minutes of cooking. The equipment needed are a Dutch oven, a fork, mixing bowls, ice cream scoops, a paper towel, and a whisk.

For the recipe heat your Dutch oven at 350°F. The ingredients include baking powder, all-purpose flour, milk, Granny Smith apples, eggs, butter, and cinnamon. For the glaze, use a mix of whole milk, salt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

It takes almost 35 minutes to make which includes 15 minutes of prep time and 20 minutes of cooking time. The ingredients include Yokun Gold potatoes, zucchini, cheddar cheese, baking soda, all-purpose flour, and eggs.

For crispiness remove excess moisture. Flip the fritter once it’s golden brown and once it’s golden brown on both sides you are done.

Usually, I use green onion and parsley but I tried red onion once and it turned out good. Egg works as a great binder but if you want to avoid it use flax egg instead. I like to add garlic powder instead of garlic as it is milder.

You can also use frozen vegetables but remove the excess moisture to avoid sogginess.

The recipe takes 35 minutes to make which includes 15 minutes of prep time and 20 minutes of cooking time.

For the recipe, the ingredients include zucchini, chickpea flour, carrots, green onions, pepper, salt and Feta cheese. To make Greek yogurt dip use a mix of Greek yogurt, salt, lemon juice and mint.

To get the Mediterranean flavor I like to add Feta cheese. To make the recipe preheat the oven to 400°F. Once you make the mixture make sure it’s not watery, if it is add flour.

The recipe is best served with hummus, yogurt dip or sweet chili sauce.

If you want the fried version we can use a nonstick skillet or a frying pan. You can also air fry them.

Put the fritters in the pan fry them until they are golden brown and then flip them over. To remove the excess oil from the fritters keep them in a paper towel and it will soak all the excess oil.

These taste best with yogurt or sour cream. If you want to bake them instead preheat the oven to 425°F and then bake the fritters for 14-15 minutes.

The recipe takes almost 35 minutes to make which includes 15 minutes of prep time and 20 minutes of cooking time. The ingredients include sweet tomatoes, sugar, basil, baking soda, gluten-free flour, and salt.

You can either use cheery or plum tomatoes. To get the best result mix the ingredients in a bowl and keep them overnight in the fridge.

The batter should be similar to pancake batter and then cook it in the skillet. You can use a frying pan too. Fry it on one side for 2-3 minutes till it’s crispy and flip it over.

Once done put the fritters in a paper towel as it will soak up the excess oil and then it’s ready to be served.

I like to serve them with sour cream or Greek yogurt.

If you want to bake them you can preheat the oven to 390°F, though it’s healthy, you will have to compromise on taste.

10. Fried Honey Fritters

I usually make these fritters on Christmas but you can make them any day. For this recipe, I prefer a Dutch oven. You can also use a heavy pot. The recipe is also called Guatamela Bunuelos.

It can be a perfect make-ahead recipe and you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature.

To make it preheat the oven to 375°F. To regulate the temperature use a candy thermometer. The ingredients include all-purpose flour, salt, honey, baking powder, butter and eggs.

Bake it till it’s golden brown and then flip it. Put it in the paper towel to drain out excess oil. Once done drizzle it with honey and serve warm.

These fritters are delicious, crispy on the outside, tender, and juicy inside. I like the rich and savory flavor of this recipe.

It is one of the best appetizers for a cocktail party, certainly a crowd-pleaser. It is best served warm and fresh. You can also serve them on a game day or a movie night.

The dough is thick so it’s a little difficult to stir but you can manage it. It can also be a make-ahead recipe. Keep the dough in the plastic wrap, keep it in the fridge, chill it, and take it out when you want to make them.

The ingredients include raw tiger shrimp, eggs, all-purpose flour, eggs, green onions and butter. You need a stand mixer.

To make it heat the pan at 350°F and put the fritters, flip it over once it’s fried. Ensure the pan is not overcrowded as they will stick together and also you will have a hard time flipping them over.

Serve it with a spicy honey drizzle.

If you want to use less oil pan fry it instead of deep fry.
