You need a mixing bowl, a blender or a food processor, a baking sheet, an oven and parchment paper. It takes 9 hours including 8 hours of prep time (marinating time-remember) and one hour of cooking time.

For the marinade, you need a mix of salt, mayonnaise, onion puree, hot sauce and black pepper. Marinate the chicken and keep it in the fridge overnight.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. The ingredients include chicken drumsticks, mayonnaise, pureed yellow onion, salt and black pepper. To make onion puree chop the onions and blend in a food processor or blender. It is one of the best oven-baked chicken drumsticks.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F, Cook for 7 minutes and flip over cook for another 7 minutes. To check the doneness use a thermometer and it should read 165°F.

5. Classic Baked Chicken Legs

Preheat the oven to 425°F. The ingredients include chicken drumsticks and olive oil.

For the seasoning you need a mix of salt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika and ground black pepper.
