A Salad Recipe That Is a Must In Our Rotation Menu

Salads are one of the most important dishes in our household. There are a lot of varieties of salads. I make sure to make different salad everyday to make the meal interesting and not boring and monotonous. These are nutritious, colorful and taste awesome. I love pasta salads, fruit salads, green salads, chicken salads, bean salads. I am sure you also have your preferences. I love salad recipe that not only is nutritious but taste awesome too.

Creamy Cucumber and Tomato Salad

It requires only 15 minutes of prep time.

The ingredients include English cucumber, salt, garlic, onion, tomatoes, pepper, mayonnaise and sour cream.

Strawberry Crunch Salad

This salad requires 25 minutes of prep time and 5 minutes of cooking time.

The ingredients include slivered almonds, strawberries, avocados, pistachios, sugar, arugula greens and goat cheese.

Olive Garden Salad

It requires 25 minutes of prep time.

The ingredients include lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, parmesan cheese, red onion, carrots, black olives and red cabbage.

Gorgonzola Apple Cherries Bacon Bacon Salad

It is one of the most popular salad recipes online.

The ingredients include romaine, spring salad mix, crumbled blue cheese, cranberries, bacon and pecans.

Chicken Avocado Caprese Salad

The recipe requires 5 minutes of prep time and 15 minutes of cooking time.

The ingredients include chicken thighs, cherry tomatoes, pepper, salt, basil, Romaine lettuce, avocado and cherry tomatoes.

Mediterranean Salad With Cucumber, Tomato And Onion

You can serve this salad as a side dish but it can be a complete meal on its own too. The salad is refreshing and is a perfect summer lunch.

It requires 10 minutes of prep time. You can use the herbs of your choice. The Mediterranean flavor makes it so much appealing. It is perfect for potlucks and picnics too so you can make it couple of hours in advance.

The ingredients include cucumber, extra virgin olive oil, red onion, tomatoes, lemon juice, pepper, salt, cilantro and tomatoes. I love to serve it with grilled fish. You can serve it at room temperature or if it’s little chilled that would be even better.

Keep the leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and it will be good for 2 days. The veggies, herbs and healthy fats with homemade dressing makes it one of my favorites.
