You need a mixing bowl, a blender or a food processor, a baking sheet, an oven and parchment paper. It takes 9 hours including 8 hours of prep time (marinating time-remember) and one hour of cooking time.

For the marinade, you need a mix of salt, mayonnaise, onion puree, hot sauce and black pepper. Marinate the chicken and keep it in the fridge overnight.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. The ingredients include chicken drumsticks, mayonnaise, pureed yellow onion, salt and black pepper. To make onion puree chop the onions and blend in a food processor or blender. It is one of the best oven-baked chicken drumsticks.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F, Cook for 7 minutes and flip over cook for another 7 minutes. To check the doneness use a thermometer and it should read 165°F.

5. Classic Baked Chicken Legs

I prefer smoked paprika, to get that smokiness you can use regular paprika too. You require a baking sheet, meat thermometer, and aluminum foil.

Preheat the oven to 425°F. The ingredients include chicken drumsticks and olive oil. To check the doneness measure the internal temperature, if it’s 165°F it’s all set.

For the seasoning, you need a mix of salt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika and ground black pepper.

The ingredients include paprika, chicken drumsticks, cayenne pepper, turmeric, coriander, vegetable oil, ginger, garam masala, Greek yogurt, and garlic.

10. Sweet And Sticky Baked Chicken Drumsticks
