11 Easy Potato Recipes

I love potatoes, and I don’t remember a week without potatoes. For me, potatoes are one of the essentials for my taste buds. I like to try a variety of potato recipes to make the menu interesting.

1. Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

It is one of my favorite appetizers for a game day or a movie night. You can serve these as a side dish too.

These are crispy on the edges and creamy inside. You need a 9×13 baking pan. The recipe requires 15 minutes of prep time and 40 minutes of cooking time.

Preheat the oven to 400°F. The ingredients include butter, red potatoes, black pepper, salt and Parmesan cheese.

2. Zuppa Toscana

It is one of my favorite comfort food recipes. You can easily replicate this at the comfort of your home. For the dish you can use potatoes of your choice.

The tools required are a garlic press, kitchen shears, and a Dutch oven. The recipe requires 10 minutes of prep time and 35 minutes of cooking time.

The ingredients include bacon, Italian sausage, heavy cream, Italian seasoning and kale. It is best served with salad or crusty bread.

Keep the leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge and it will be good for 4 days.

3. Southern Potato Salad

It is one of my favorite side dishes. I make it on every holiday as everyone loves it. It is great for picnics and potlucks too.

You can use potatoes of your choice, but nothing can beat Yukon Gold potatoes. The dressing is a major highlight that you can make with a mix of salt, mayonnaise, mustard, oil, pepper, and salt.

The recipe requires 15 minutes of prep time and 15 minutes of cooking time. The ingredients include potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and onion.

Garnish it with paprika and onions. You can keep the leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container and it will be good for 4 days.

4. Loaded Potato Soup

It requires 15 minutes of prep time and 40 minutes of cooking time.

The ingredients include bacon, potatoes, cheddar cheese, milk and flour.

5. Oven Roasted Potatoes

The recipe requires 5 minutes of prep time and 40 minutes of cooking time.

The ingredients include olive oil, potatoes, salt, chili powder and cumin.

6. Parmesan Roasted Baby Potatoes

It requires 5 minutes of prep time and 40 minutes of cooking time.

The ingredients include baby red potatoes, thyme, garlic, cayenne pepper and kosher salt.

8. Creamy Potato Soup

The recipe requires 10 minutes of prep time and 20 minutes of cooking time.

The ingredients include Russet potatoes, parsley, carrots, white sauce and garlic.

Garlic Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

It requires 5 minutes of prep time and 35 minutes of cooking time.

The ingredients include potatoes, sweet paprika, rosemary, garlic and sea salt.

Cheese Garlic Potatoes Gratin

The recipe requires 20 minutes of prep time and 1 hour 10 minutes of cooking time.
